罢丑别听World Scholar鈥檚 Cup was hosted for the first time in our region at St Philip鈥檚, Cessnock. Over two days, students from across our Diocese joined peers in this festival of learning, where collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking are at the forefront.
They participated in four challenging and engaging events:
- Scholar鈥檚 Bowl: Fast-paced team quiz spanning a range of subjects.
- Team Debate: Debates on topical and thought-provoking issues.
- Scholar鈥檚 Challenge: Multiple-choice test covering diverse areas of knowledge.
- Collaborative Writing: Team-based creative and analytical writing tasks.
Our students represented our Diocese with distinction, demonstrating teamwork, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
